Inner Radiance

(12 weekly sessions)


In these twelve 1:1 sessions, we’ll work with the areas of your Human Design chart that represent your strengths and your shadows. Through gentle healing practices, guided inquiry, and your own inner guidance, you’ll open to the life lessons and wisdom of your shadow aspects and embrace your gifts so you can shine your inner radiance.

  • Do you get excited by every idea that comes your way and feel scatterbrained and overwhelmed instead of inspired?
  • Do you overthink everything and feel mentally spent?
  • Are you tempted to hide because you absorb other people’s emotions and struggle?
  • Do you hold on to people, places, and things out of a sense of loyalty and people-pleasing?
  • Are you constantly looking for love and approval?
  • Do you often feel the need to prove yourself in relationships, at work, or even to yourself?
  • Do you feel the need to keep doing because that's the only way you feel worthy?
  • Are you working hard at figuring out your purpose?
  • Do you feel a desire to leave a legacy but being out there feels terrifying?

In our session Uma helped me identify that I was struggling with a big guilt issue. She also helped me get clear about how important self-care is to emotional wellness. When I started working with Uma, I was in a pretty uncomfortable place. Things I thought that I had laid to rest were creeping back into my life (like anxiety & dwelling on negative past experiences), and I knew something had to change.

My usual methods provided some relief, but I wanted a deeper transformation – a more significant shift. Uma’s process unfolded harmoniously to lead me out of my suffering and into a place of peace.

I now feel forgiveness and compassion for people towards whom I once had quite a bit of anger, and a sense of empowerment around my ability to create what I want for myself, regardless of challenges and setbacks that I’ve experienced.
