Gathering the Puzzle Pieces Questionnaire
This questionnaire will get you thinking about different aspects of your family history. Instead of being puzzled by why you’re feeling the way you are, you’ll be taking action to solve this puzzle. This is a powerful, intentional start to your healing because you’re gathering the puzzle pieces we will work with. When you begin to see where the trauma began, you’ll begin the journey of moving forward in your life.
Creating the Family Traumagram
In this 75-minute coaching session we’ll explore the questionnaire in detail and begin to put the puzzle together. You’ll see clearly that what you’re holding didn’t begin with you—and how you can finally free yourself. You’ll leave this session with understanding and compassion for the very people you hold responsible for your pain.
Mindful Breathing Practice
During our session I’ll teach you a simple but specific breathing technique you can use to shift the energy around your trauma. This is super powerful. So much so that you only need to do it for 3 minutes a day to begin to create real changes in your body, mind, and soul!
Connect and Deepen Healing
In our next two 75-minute follow-up sessions (two weeks apart), we’ll review how you’re feeling, what changes you’ve noticed, and make some more changes wherever necessary. We’ll put you on the path to long-term healing so you can finally experience the peace and joy you’ve always longed to feel.
